About the role You will lead the delivery of a range of strategic, transformational change projects across DVLA. In this role you will be responsible for managing one or more complex, medium to high-risk projects or programmes working through multi-disciplinary, matrix-managed teams. You will create a strong and cohesive delivery environment, motivating teams, managing suppliers, forecasting and actively managing risks and dependencies with other programmes.
