Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Fit-Out

Central London | £110k + Package + Bonus


A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a flagship private healthcare development delivering a £70m internal fit-out for an internationally recognised healthcare client.


This is a high-profile, technically complex project involving a full internal fit-out across seven storeys, including specialist medical installations and a substantial £30m MEP package. Pre-construction is complete, and the role is focused purely on delivery.


The Project

  • £70m internal fit-out across 7 storeys
  • Private hospital development for international client
  • £30m MEP package with heavy coordination requirements
  • Specialist installations including MRI suite and LINAC bunker
  • Enabling works already completed (£6m)
  • Main works commencing early July
  • Fast-paced delivery programme


The Role

  • Senior Project Manager responsible for delivery of major workstreams
  • Reporting into the Project Director
  • Managing Project Managers, Site Managers and trade contractors
  • Driving programme, quality and technical delivery
  • Leading coordination across MEP, fit-out and specialist equipment
  • Working closely with client and consultant team
  • Delivery-focused role (no PCSA or pre-con involvement)


Requirements

  • Proven experience as Senior Project Manager on large fit-out projects
  • Healthcare project experience strongly preferred
  • Strong MEP coordination background
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Track record delivering fast-paced programmes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills


Package

  • Salary: £110,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
