We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.This role will be working on a major project in Aberdeen.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?As a Senior Project Manager, youll be a key part in leading and delivering complex Overhead Lines projects across Scotland. Youll take full ownership of project planning, execution, safety performance, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and reliability. Lead and mentor project managers and members of the project management team with a vision of progressing to Project Director levelEnsure health, safety, and quality plans are completed for all sitesEnsure the required site documentation is in placeLead on the communication of changes to internal departmentsProvide technical support to the Design teamAct as the main contact for third-party interactionsLead on the project resource management with Operations and Portfolio HeadsReview and escalate contract changes with the Commercial teamImprove project efficiency and profitabilitySubmit accurate time bookings, allowances, and expensesOversee and produce monthly and close-out reportsRepresent the company to clients and stakeholdersDo you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong technical understanding of overhead line construction and maintenance?
