Senior Project Manager IT Transformation

Location: South-East coast (Hybrid 1-2 days in office)

A leading Financial Services organisation on the South Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a series of dynamic IT transformation programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled project professional to drive impactful change within a forward-thinking business.

Salary: Up to £80,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension & additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver IT and Business Change projects across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and strategy.
Ensure effective governance, risk management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimise project delivery.

Key Requirements:
5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within digital transformation.
Professional PM/Agile certifications (e.g., Prince2, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent).
Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Financial Services experience is highly advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
