The Role
* Lead delivery of projects from inception through to completion
* Act as a primary client interface, building strong relationships
* Manage project teams, consultants, and contractors
* Oversee programme, cost, and quality performance
* Contribute to commercial management and project strategy
This is a client-facing leadership role with real responsibility and influence.
Project Exposure
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio, including:
* Healthcare and hospital projects
* Education schemes
* Life sciences and lab developments
* Residential and mixed-use projects
