Senior Project Manager – London

Ridgeway & Co are currently partnering with a number of Tier 1 and rapidly growing main contractors across London, seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of major, high-profile projects across a variety of sectors, including:

* Education (Schools & Colleges)

* Healthcare

* Laboratories & Life Sciences

* Commercial Offices

These opportunities offer a competitive salary of up to £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside strong prospects for career progression within well-established and expanding organisations.

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for driving projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover

* Manage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders

* Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and in line with quality expectations

* Oversee health & safety and regulatory compliance

* Monitor financial performance and manage project risk

* Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior leadership

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the construction industry

* Track record of delivering large-scale projects across relevant sectors

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* Commercially aware with excellent financial management capability

* Relevant construction or project management qualifications
