Project Manager Lead – Market Operations Transformation

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager Lead to join a high-profile Market Operations Transformation initiative, driving strategic change across multiple workstreams — from risk and controls to automation, data transformation, and client service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a complex, fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly influence future state operating models and deliver lasting impact.
The role:
You’ll play a key part in delivering multi-year strategic change programmes, ensuring governance, risk management, financial control, and stakeholder engagement are all managed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee programmes and projects within the transformation portfolio.
Lead governance processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Manage budgets, prioritisation, and new project initiation.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
Partner with risk and control teams to ensure robust change risk management.
Skills required :
Significant project management experience (ideally in financial services).
PMP certification ; Six Sigma a plus.
Strong ability to develop and track project plans.
Experience with project metrics, reporting, and trend analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, VISIO, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s ).
