We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the establishment and delivery of our work in the South Wales Valleys - from initiation, planning and execution through to review and legacy planning. Our ambition is to work alongside communities and partners to ensure more people from underrepresented communities have equitable access to nature, heritage and local greenspaces. You’ll work closely with communities and partner organisations to understand what gets in the way of access - and then help remove those barriers in practical, lasting ways. This is a rare opportunity to shape new work in a place-based context. We’re looking for an inspirational leader with strong project management skills, capable of navigating complexity, building trust, and driving meaningful change at scale. You’ll listen, cocreate ideas, bring the right partners together, and secure the funding needed to turn shared ambition into action.
