Project Manager – Gas Utility & Innovation

We’re hiring an experienced and commercially savvy Project Manager to lead a wide range of projects across the gas and utilities sector — from research-led innovation and EPC-style delivery to the supply of technical products and solutions.

This is a key role based in Leeds, where you'll take ownership of a growing part of the business with the support and autonomy to make real decisions. You'll also act as office manager, taking day-to-day responsibility for HR coordination within the Leeds team (not just your direct reports).

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading complex, cross functional projects — R&D, EPC, and product/solution supply
• Engaging with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels
• Winning work and negotiating commercials
• Making decisions and driving delivery with real autonomy
• Supporting office operations, overseeing all project work and HR activity in our Leeds facility
• Playing a central role in growing a dedicated division, with scope (though not guaranteed) for future progression to a Director-level role
