Senior Project Manager

£50,000 – £70,000 + package

I’m currently supporting a growing construction consultancy that is looking to strengthen its project management team in the UK due to an increasing pipeline of technically complex projects. They are seeking a Project Manager with experience delivering developments where building services, infrastructure and specialist systems play a major role. This could include data centre projects or other technically demanding environments where coordination between design, engineering and construction teams is key.

You would be joining a collaborative team working across projects from early planning stages through to delivery, supporting clients and managing the wider project team to ensure programmes, budgets and quality expectations are met.

The role:

• Managing projects through key stages including planning, design development and construction
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and client stakeholders
• Monitoring programme, risk and project budgets
• Supporting procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors
• Ensuring strong communication across project teams and technical disciplines
• Supporting the delivery of projects where mechanical, electrical and specialist systems are central to the build

Key requirements:

• Experience working within a construction consultancy or project management consultancy
• Experience delivering data centre developments or technically complex building projects
• Understanding of projects with significant MEP or building services coordination
• Strong stakeholder and project delivery skills
• RICS chartered or working towards chartership would be advantageous
