We are working with a top-tier consultancy in Midtown London that’s delivering a genuinely standout pipeline of high-profile projects across the capital.


They’re looking to appoint an experienced PM or Senior Project Manager to work on a listed building conversion into cut and carve commercial office space.


The business has an excellent reputation across commercial, residential and heritage, and has significant growth plans over the next 2 years.


The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience collaborating with multi disciplinary teams including architects and designers, and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee completion of project
  • Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
  • Assess risks and establish contingency plans
  • Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management consultancy
  • Experience working in private sector commercial and/or residential projects in London
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
