You’ll be responsible for:

Embedding Mace’s HSW framework, regulatory compliance, inclusivity and wellbeing leadership.
Delivering end‑to‑end projects, assuring quality, programme certainty and excellence from inception to completion.
Exercise integrity in governance, managing budgets, risks and sustainable business outcomes.
Managing and develop teams, driving collaboration, performance, innovation and best practice across Mace.
Resourcing and lead project teams, procuring and managing design, consultancy and stakeholder inputs.
Delivering end‑to‑end project outcomes, aligning programme, scope, quality, safety and KPIs.
Controlling budgets, risks and change, ensuring governance, documentation and successful handover.

You’ll need to have:

Substantial project management experience on medium, complex or smaller lead projects.
Experience across construction delivery phases.
Chartered or working towards MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or local equivalent.
Relevant degree, equivalent professional experience or apprenticeship, with valid CSCS (or equivalent).
