Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity

This is a key, client-facing role for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager. You will oversee projects from pre-construction handover through to final account, ensuring exceptional delivery across programme, cost, quality, and safety.
The successful candidate will be professional, organised, technically strong, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. With responsibility for up to 15 projects and a team of approximately six Site Managers, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding project performance, client satisfaction, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Performance Management

Lead and manage the delivery of up to 15 live projects.

Track and report on KPIs, programme milestones, and progress updates.
