Position Overview

As a Senior Project Scheduler (Primavera P6), you will serve as the schedule authority across hyperscale data centre construction projects, ensuring that programme logic, sequencing, and milestone alignment protect the Owner’s operational and commissioning objectives.

Working within a high-performing client-side delivery team, you will develop, maintain, and challenge integrated master schedules across multiple concurrent projects. You will provide schedule transparency, identify critical path risk, and support executive-level decision-making to safeguard capacity delivery and energisation milestones.

This role is not administrative - it is strategic and delivery-focused. You will partner closely with Construction, MEP, Commissioning, and Commercial teams to ensure that schedule integrity supports safe, predictable, and on-time infrastructure expansion.

Responsibilities

Programme & Schedule Ownership

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6.
• Review and validate contractor baseline programmes for logic, sequencing, and completeness.
• Ensure correct coordination of CSA, MEP, commissioning, and energisation activities.
• Align construction milestones with Level 4/5 commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).

Risk & Controls

• Identify critical path and near-critical risks.
• Conduct schedule variance analysis and recovery planning.
• Support change management and assess programme impact.
• Drive mitigation strategies in collaboration with delivery leads.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Partner with construction managers, commissioning leads, and commercial teams.
• Challenge contractors on logic gaps, float consumption, and milestone risk.
• Provide structured reporting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Reporting & Governance

• Produce weekly and monthly schedule health dashboards.
• Track milestone adherence and forecast completion dates.
• Maintain programme governance standards and documentation integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in construction planning and project controls.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise.
• Proven experience on hyperscale or large-scale data centre projects (30MW+ preferred).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, HV/LV integration, and energisation sequencing.
• Experience supporting Level 4/5 commissioning and IST.
• Ability to interpret and challenge contractor schedules.
• Strong analytical and executive-level reporting capability.
