THE ROLE (Hybrid working with some travel): An exceptional opportunity for a real estate project management professional with strong sustainability experience to join a UK facilities team in a senior role.

You will drive the development and execution of real estate projects accross the UK to ensure the estates resources of the business meet its current and future needs whilst achieving key sustainability and decarbonization targets across new and existing operations.

Key Responsibilities: - Delivering concepts and proposals and overseeing key real estate and facilities projects using structured project management methodologies. - Ensuring projects align with sustainability targets and net zero commitments and are delivered on time and within budget. - Lead the integration of sustainability initiatives into real estate strategy to align with global standards and sustainability strategy. - Integrate energy efficiency and renewable energy programs, driving carbon reduction across the portfolio. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including planning teams within and outside the business to sure innovation, sustainability and best value. - Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
