About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing property management team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a select portfolio of luxury, prime residential developments in Central London, working closely with accounts, HR, and senior management. You will have a hands-on approach to client relationships, service charge management, and site team oversight, while also supporting senior colleagues and assisting with their portfolios as required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a personal portfolio of high-end residential blocks in Central London

Conduct weekly site visits and maintain 100% H&S compliance

Prepare and run service charge budgets, reviewing expenditure quarterly

Ensure arrears are recovered promptly and credit control protocols are followed

Oversee recharging of centrally supplied utilities and monitor operational strategies

Respond to resident queries within agreed timeframes

Support and mentor junior property management team members
