As a Senior Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service. Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties, addressing maintenance issues and chasing rental arrears. Negotiate deposit returns and disputes. Leverage your strong technical knowledge of property management to effectively resolve complex issues. Play a key role in training and mentoring staff, sharing your comprehensive expertise with the team.
Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in residential Property Management, with a proven track record of success. Proven ability to develop and mentor staff and conduct effective training sessions. ARLA qualification and in-depth technical knowledge of current market trends and regulations. Excellent organizational skills and composure. Exceptional customer service skills, consistently demonstrated in previous roles.
