Managing a diverse portfolio across industrial, office, and commercial assets Setting and reconciling service charge budgets in line with RICS code Overseeing lease events including reviews, expiries, and break options Building strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders Managing rent collection, arrears, and overall financial performance Working closely with FM and asset management teams to drive value Ensuring full compliance across H&S, statutory requirements, and insurance Overseeing refurbishments, fit-outs, and tenant handovers
About You:
Experience within commercial property management (c.3+ years) Strong understanding of landlord & tenant matters Confident managing service charge budgets and financial performance Commercially aware, with the ability to identify asset management opportunities Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities MRICS (or working towards) is desirable, not essential
