GKR International has partnered with an expanding Estate Agency in Edinburgh who are looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their growing team.

About Your Role

As a Senior Property Manager you will have oversight of a growing portfolio and ideally you will drive an efficient Property Management process from end to end. Within your role, you will be managing in excess of 200 properties within Edinburgh, so ideally you will have experienced handling this size of portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and other end-of-tenancy processes.

About You:

  • Ideally with 3+ years experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
  • A proactive approach and solutions focused.
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
