About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the management and operation of a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will lead and support a team of property managers, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and maximising asset performance. This role is key in building strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and contractors.


This is a fully in-house, office-based role, five days per week, based at Piccadilly Circus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of property managers to ensure high service delivery
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day property operations and effective issue resolution
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and contractor performance
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
  • Manage tenant relations including leases, rent collection, renewals, and disputes
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance
  • Liaise with property owners, tenants, and external contractors
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance property performance and profitability
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management
  • At least 2 years in a senior or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, lease management, and health & safety compliance
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Professional qualifications such as RICS, IRPM, or ARLA are highly desirable
