About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the management and operation of a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will lead and support a team of property managers, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and maximising asset performance. This role is key in building strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and contractors.
This is a fully in-house, office-based role, five days per week, based at Piccadilly Circus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of property managers to ensure high service delivery
- Ensure smooth day-to-day property operations and effective issue resolution
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
- Manage tenant relations including leases, rent collection, renewals, and disputes
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and external contractors
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance property performance and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management
- At least 2 years in a senior or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of property legislation, lease management, and health & safety compliance
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
- Professional qualifications such as RICS, IRPM, or ARLA are highly desirable
