Senior Property Sales Manager, Central London\n\nAn exciting Senior Property Sales Manager role with a salary of £55,000 to £75,000 plus commission and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in our Marylebone, London office.\n\nWe are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Sales Manager with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 49 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.\n\nThe role\n\nWorking alongside an innovative management, property and technology led company you will be tasked with finding and delivering sales opportunities across the UK.\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\n * Sourcing and identifying leads\n\n * Developing leads from start to finish\n\n * Providing dynamic and creative ideas for the team\n\n * Fostering relationships with clients over a period of time\n\n * To be able to understand instructions and to deliver on targets set\n\n * Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded consistently\n\n * Bringing your own creative sales ideas to the team\n\n * Consistently deliver outstanding customer service expectations by ensuring expert industry knowledge which will be taught to you\n\nSkills:\n\n * Ambition to and desire to learn and grown\n\n * High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation\n\n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person\n\n * Ability to be self-motivated and engaged with the team\n\n * Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service\n\n * Must be well groomed and well presented at all times\n\n * Computer literate (Word and Excel) - if not this can be taught\n\n * Language skills an advantage but not essential\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Professional outlook and ability to communicate\n\n * All candidates are welcome.
