Provide clinical supervision and guidance, helping others develop and shine. Hold a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and specialist interventions. What We're Looking ForExperience: 5+ years working with children and young people, ideally those who are looked-after. Strong grounding in trauma-informed approaches. Skills: Excellent safeguarding knowledge, confident in risk assessment, and well-versed in therapeutic frameworks. Clear communicator and able to work flexibly. Qualifications: Masters-level therapy qualification and registration with BACP / UKCP / HCPC.
