We're looking for a Senior Psychotherapist to join us in our mission to provide transformative therapeutic support to children and young people in residential care. If you're passionate about making a real difference and thrive in a creative, supportive environment, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support our Clinical Team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care for vulnerable children.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support, helping our team grow professionally and deliver exceptional results.
  • Take on a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and interventions.
  • Be a key player in the development and delivery of training to staff, sharing your expertise and helping others thrive.
  • Engage in reflective practice, constantly striving to improve the care we provide.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years working with children and young people, especially those who are looked-after. You'll be an expert in trauma-informed care.
Skills: Strong knowledge in safeguarding, risk assessment, and therapy frameworks. Great communication skills and ability to work flexibly.
Qualifications: Masters-level qualification and registered with BACP/UKCP/HCPC.
Personal qualities: Empathy, resilience, and adaptability are key!
