• Ability to own complex projects from design → delivery
• Pragmatic engineering mindset—clear communicator, thoughtful problem solver
• Someone who thrives in autonomy and values remote flexibility

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Experience with AI/ML, data engineering, or automation
• Open-source contributions or a track record of technical leadership
