Senior Qualified Social Worker   Court Location: West Yorkshire Pay rate:  £35 per hourWe are looking for experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join a dedicated  Court  Team. As part of the Court Team you will be working in a busy and supportive team who assess and work with children and families and intervene where children need support to provide more children with help at an earlier stage. You will Undertaking a range of assessments to inform permanence planning, including parenting, sibling, viability, and SGO assessments and preparing care plans and final evidence for court proceedings. You will be managing cases where children have a plan of adoption, including attending panels and preparing matching reports,  whilst also partnering with agencies including the police and health to ensure the best possible outcome with sustainable positive change.
