Job Description\n Join Our Team as a Senior Quality Inspector – Structural!\n
Location: Barrow-In-Furness (Onsite)

\n\n What You’ll Be Doing:\n
As a Senior Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our structural projects. Your responsibilities will include:
\n
\n Performing complex and specialist quality inspection activities, leveraging your expert knowledge in your specific quality discipline. \n
Conducting thorough conditions management and customer walk-round audits. \n
Executing Quality activities in line with established processes and procedures, while also reviewing and updating them as necessary. \n
Utilizing calibrated measuring equipment to verify product tolerances and document any non-conformances. \n
\n\n Your Skills and Experience:\n
Essential Qualifications:
\n
\n Background in Steelwork, Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing. \n
Experience in using and training others on relevant technology and tools. \n
Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and contract requirements effectively. \n
Strong stakeholder management skills. \n
Qualified in an appropriate technical discipline or possess equivalent experience (Steelwork). \n

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a complex shipbuilding environment, utilizing a variety of inspection techniques and equipment to support the Dreadnought & Astute build program, ensuring the delivery of world-class submarine capabilities to the Royal Navy.
