Commercial management of design & build projects Subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts Financial reporting including CVRs, cost-to-complete, and cash flow forecasts Contract administration (JCT/NEC) Supporting project delivery across multiple sites
What you'll need to succeed Based within 1 hour of Bristol Tier 1 contractor experience essential Strong background in construction (not maintenance) Experience in custodial/public sector projects is highly desirable. Degree qualified and working towards or holding RICS/CIOB membership Able to work independently and collaboratively DBS clearance required (can be arranged)
