Turner Lovell are recruiting a Senior QS to join an £1billion + turnover EPC Contractor in the electricity and renewable energy sector. Following the award of multi-year framework agreements, the company is expanding its team to deliver turnkey HV substation projects across the UK, ranging from £20 million to £150 million.
This is a hybrid role, and we are looking for a candidate who can access the Cardiff project site at least 3 times a week. This is a strong opportunity for a proactive, detail-focused professional to play a key commercial role. You'll support the financial performance of multiple projects, working closely with project teams and clients to manage risk and maximise value.
Responsibilities: Lead the commercial management of several projects from start to final account Administer NEC4 ECC contracts, including Early Warnings, Compensation Events, and payments Maintain effective cost control, produce accurate CVRs, and report financial performance to senior management Identify and manage commercial risks, opportunities, variations, and compensation events Oversee subcontractor procurement and com...
