Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cardiff

Our client, a large M&E contractor, is currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a couple of M&E projects in South Wales. The projects include Schools, Hospitals, and Offices. They are open to candidates with experience in different sectors.

It's more about having the right principles & ethics.

Location: Cardiff, Wales / Working from home

Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum plus car / car allowance & benefits

The role: The successful Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects including Schools, Hospitals, and Offices.

Requirements:

• NEC or JCT forms of contract knowledge
• Quantity Surveying experience
• Mechanical & Electrical background ideally
