Senior Quantity Surveyor (Confidential Appointment)\n\nSalary: £80,000 per annum\nLocation: UK (Project-based / Hybrid)\n\nWe are working with a leading international construction and fit-out specialist to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for their UK operations. This is a confidential opportunity with a well-established, financially secure, family-owned organisation operating across multiple global markets.\n\nThe business delivers high-quality interior fit-out, building envelope, fire protection, and building services solutions on complex projects across commercial, infrastructure, and specialist sectors. Known for innovation, sustainability, and long-term client relationships, they offer a stable platform with exciting project exposure.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for major projects from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with project and operational teams.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Full commercial management of large, technically complex projects\n\n * \n\n Cost planning, forecasting, and budget control\n\n * \n\n Procurement and management of subcontractor packages\n\n * \n\n Contract administration (NEC / JCT experience )\n\n * \n\n Valuations, variations, and final account negotiation\n\n * \n\n Supporting project teams to maximise commercial performance and minimise risk\n\n * \n\n Reporting to senior management on project financial status\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction or specialist fit-out\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial and contractual knowledge\n\n * \n\n Experience delivering projects in live environments or fast-paced programmes\n\n * \n\n Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines\n\n * \n\n Detail-driven, commercially astute, and solutions-focused\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n £80,000 salary\n\n * \n\n Secure role within a long-established, growing international organisation\n\n * \n\n Exposure to high-profile, technically challenging projects\n\n * \n\n Supportive, values-led culture with long-term career prospects\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work with an employer committed to sustainability, innovation, and quality
