We’re recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established engineering business to deliver major industrial and infrastructure projects across the EMEA region.


You will deliver high‑quality planning, cost control and technical coordination for construction projects across industrial and chemical facilities.


The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of the commercial and financial management of complex projects from early planning through to completion, supporting cost control, contract administration, procurement, forecasting, variations and commercial reporting.

What we’re looking for


  • Strong background in construction cost management and contract administration
  • Experience managing budgets on large-scale commercial, civil engineering, industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimating and contract management
  • Strong commercial judgement, communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel internationally
