A well-established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced QS who enjoys managing projects end-to-end, working closely with clients, and operating within a collaborative SME environment.

You will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, delivering full cost management services across a range of fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects typically valued between £100K – £5M, including refurbishments, extensions, alterations and multi-site roll-out programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver full cost management services across multiple projects Administer JCT contracts Manage projects from inception to completion Attend and lead client, contractor and design team meetings Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You

7+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience Strong experience in fit-out and fast-track projects Proven ability to run projects independently Excellent client-facing and commercial skills Ability to work from a Romford office with UK site travel

Desirable: MRICS or working towards chartership.
