The Role: This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in estimating as well as traditional QS duties. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring cost efficiency, commercial control, and accurate reporting, while also supporting the team with pre-contract estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents.

Monitor and manage project budgets and forecasts.

Provide commercial advice and cost management throughout all project stages.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.

*

Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with senior-level exposure.

*

Strong estimating skills with the ability to deliver accurate pre-contract costs.

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

*

Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

*

RICS qualification desirable but not essential.
