Do you want to join a business who are in its infancy and offering great scope for autonomy as well as progression into senior management within the business. On offer is the exciting opportunity for Quantity Surveyor to join a newly established refurbishment and fit-out business who cater to the hospitality industry. Established in 2019 , this business has already worked with some of the biggest names in hospitality. In this role, the successful Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for taking owner ship of the post-tender commercial lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of projects. From preparing and agreeing final accounts to managing subcontractor packages and producing month cost/value reconciliations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring financial control and project profitability. The ideal Quantity Surveyor would have a proven track record in a similar role. Ideally come from a hospitality or fit-out background.
