One of the region's fastest-growing and respected property consultancies is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

This independent, privately-owned consultancy operates a network of offices across the UK and has built a strong reputation for excellence in the market. They are involved in delivering some of the region's most prestigious developments, with projects spanning both public and private sectors. Project values range from £500k to £50 million, offering an exciting variety of opportunities.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion across multiple sectors, offering the chance to take ownership and diversify your experience, particularly if you're seeking to break free from a single-sector focus.

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Quantity Surveying.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally consultancy-side

Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

MRICS accreditation or be on track to achieving it.
