Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils)
Freelance: to £525 per day Ltd
Based: Surrey (GU15)
A commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major global specialist engineering contractor!
They are currently in the process of undertaking a major UK infrastructure scheme. They need an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially undertake contract reviews, reporting into a Lead Commercial Manager. You will play a key role in commercially setting up new contracts, working closely with the delivery Team / Operational Lead.
Experience Required:
* Have extensive NEC experience
* Able to work independently and to a high commercial standard
* Strong at contractual reviews / setting up of contracts
* Structured career history
* Be confident in advising and guiding Senior Management on contractual issues / challenges
* Have experience in working on £50m + projects
