An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy renowned for its motivated, professional environment. With ambitious plans to expand its Nuclear Sector portfolio, this role offers the chance to work closely with a high-profile client, delivering critical cost and project management solutions on challenging and high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tender and contract documents
Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies
Advise on procurement strategies and forms of contract
Perform risk, value management, and cost control
Analyse tender returns and provide contractual advice
Value completed work and advise on payments
Produce detailed progress reports and manage contractual claims
The Ideal Candidate:
NEC 3/4 contract experience
Progressing towards MRICS or equivalent professional qualification
Confident, client-facing, and able to work independently
Flexible to travel as required
