Job Description

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package

We are working with an established interior fit-out subcontractor delivering projects across the commercial and public sectors.

The business provides a full-service offering including design, manufacture, and installation of interior systems such as partitions, ceilings, and raised access flooring. As part of a wider international group, they benefit from a strong pipeline of secured work across the South East.

The Role

They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for fit-out packages from pre-construction through to final account.

You will work closely with project teams to manage costs, control risk, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial management of interior fit-out packages Preparation and agreement of valuations and final accounts Cost reporting and forecasting Procurement and management of subcontractors Contract administration (JCT) Managing variations and change control Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within fit-out, drylining, or interiors subcontracting Experience managing packages such as partitions, ceilings, or flooring Good understanding of JCT contracts Strong commercial and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
