Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor - London\n\nA forwarded thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveying to their team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Central London, near Bank station.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered hybrid working.\n\nThe Company \n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a modern consultancy who are looking to grow their Quantity Surveying team. You would be joining an ambitious Quantity Surveying team of 20 Quantity Surveyors in London.\n\nAs a company their bread and butter are Commercial and Healthcare projects, but the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on Private and Public Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Residential and Education.\n\nThe role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and take responsibility on leading projects and developing junior staff, with a progression pathway in sight, within the company.\n\nAs the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need to produce cost plans, advise on cost options, produce tender documents, contract administration and Employer's Agent service and negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations and final accounts.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nBSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree\nMRICS or currently working towards\nExperience within a private practice / consultancy\nStrong Pre and post contract knowledge\nExcellent attitude and team player\nAble to support with mentoring junior colleaguesIn return\n\n£65,000 - £75,000\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown\nDiscretionary bonus\nRICS membership fees\nProfessional training and development\n5% pension contribution\nPrivate healthcare\nGym membership\nCPD, training & career progression\nHybrid working\nPositive work culture \n\nIf you are a Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting move like this, please contact Hannah Gordon at Ernest and Florent.\n\n(phone number removed) - (phone number removed)\n\nReference: HG(phone number removed)\n\nQuantity Surveyor | Senior Quantity Surveyor | Cost Manager | Project Quantity Surveyor | Quantity Surveying
