Job Description

Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor | £100m New Build | Central London, Zone 1

£475+ Per day

Nadson Consulting are currently supporting a Principal contractor on a £100m new build scheme, now entering the fit-out and internals phase, and are looking to appoint a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor on a long-term basis.

Key details:

• 12 months’ work (depending on performance)

• 5 days per week on site

• Weekly payments (Limited Company)

• Major live project with an established commercial team

Scope of role:

• Package and subcontractor management

• Valuations, variations, and cost reporting

• Final accounts support

• No procurement required

This role will suit an SQS who is comfortable managing packages through delivery and close-out on a large-scale construction project, who will be comfortable working at speed and under pressure on a complex scheme.
