Senior Quantity Surveyor \n\nExciting new opportunity for Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of the UK's leading tier 1 family owned main contractor!\n\nAbout the role of Senior Quantity surveyor\n\nWe are one of the UK's leading family-owned Main Contractors who were founded over 125 years ago. With so much \nexperience we have had so many hard workers come through our teams which has given us an amazing staff turnover!\n\nOver the course of years, we have won many awards and grown to become a well-known name in the industry as a\nsuccessful, reputable business with multiple divisions and areas of speciality and a multi-million pound turnover.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our London team focusing on high profile, technically\ncomplex projects across multiple sectors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their career in\nConstruction and someone who has NEC4 contract experience!\n\nResponsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nLead high-value projects\nLead junior QS teams\nAdvise directors and project managers on procurement strategy and more\nNegotiate with main contractors and sub-contractors \n\nRequirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nNeed to have been a strong no2 on larger value projects - manage packages \nBe able to lead smaller projects e.g.
