ABOUT THE COMPANY
An independent London construction consultancy is recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join in Q1 2026.
The business has been established for over 15 years and has an experienced team of 40 employees working across Quantity Surveying and Project Management. They work across a range of project sectors including Commercial Offices, Residential, Hotels Mixed-Use, Arts & Culture and Industrial.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior QS will take the lead on key projects in a client-facing role, and manage junior surveyors in the team.
The role will cover all pre- and post-contract QS duties on a portfolio of projects. Duties will include producing cost estimates and plans, managing the tender process, monitor the status of projects and attend site meetings, and negotiating final account settlements.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for this position should be MRICS chartered and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a QS consultancy role. They will need to be able to take the lead on key projects, working across all stages, and build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
