Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team in Scotland, working on a major rail contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading specialist contractor delivering complex rail projects.
Main responsibilities will include;

Producing monthly financial, contractual, and management reports
*
Monitoring and reporting on bills of quantities, specifications, and project changes
*
Liaising with clients on costs, variations, and minor works opportunities
*
Supporting tenders, pricing, and commercial strategies with the Contracts Manager
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience (rail environment )
*
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying/Construction
*
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
*
Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
