SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – CENTRAL LONDON\n\nClient\n\nOur client is a long-established contractor, renowned for working on large new build residential projects in and around Central London. The client is well respected, successful and financially strong.\n\nJob Summary:\n\nSenior Quantity Surveyor to oversee large new build project in Central London. Reporting into the Directors.\n\nRole / Responsibilities\n\n * Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on new build projects.\n\n * Managing the day-to-day work on site.\n\n * Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements and budgets\n\n * The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.\n\n * Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams\n\n * A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines.\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nQualifications:\n\n * An industry applicable degree qualification.\n\n * Proven track record within a similar sector.\n\nIndividual:\n\n * Experience working on New Build projects\n\n * Able to work as part of a team.\n\n * Previous UK Construction experience is .\n\n * Ability to manage an onsite commercial team\n\n * Strong work ethic\n\n * An excellent communicator.\n\n * Have strong commercial awareness.\n\n * Good IT knowledge\n\nASAP interview and start for the ideal candidate.\n\nFor a confidential discussion about this position please contact Skye Recruitment on (phone number removed)
