SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HIGH END RESIDENTIAL REFURBISHMENT

A fantastic super prime residential main contractor are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Lead Quantity Surveyor for a new project upcoming. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting into the Commercial Director leading a £5m high end refurbishment for a high net worth client in St Johns Wood.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for all financial and contractual aspects of the project and work closely with their Project Team.

Salary for the Senior Quantity Surveyor negotiable on experience. £75,000 - £90,000 as a guide.
