Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor – High end fit out and refurbishments
Location: Central London
Salary: £85,000 – £95,000 + Healthcare + Pension + Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery for an industry leading fit out contractor, with diverse projects across education, offices and life sciences on projects up to £100m.
You will join a high-performing team delivering premium fit outs. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to one of London’s most prestigious fit out schemes and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Full commercial management of the project from start to completion Administer and execute amended lump sum contracts Identify and mitigate building risks in refurbishment and fit out projects Manage subcontractor procurement and valuations Ensure financial transparency and accurate reporting to senior stakeholders Drive cost control and value engineering initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Lead QS experience on multiple fit out projects from cradle to grave Strong background in fit out and sub-contractor packages Excellent risk identification and problem-solving skills Stable employment history (5–6 year stints ) Looking for a career move into a high-profile, complex project
