Job Description
A rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major infrastructure project across London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
\n
Working on a major project located across the city - the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work either from home or from the client's office, working on major infrastructure projects valuing between £100m - £1B.
\n
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead and commercial manage projects as well as mentoring QS and Junior Quantity Surveyors. Day to day will involve a mixture of pre and post contract work including reviewing cost data, carrying out commercial audits, contract administration, and forecasting.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

\n NEC contract experience \n
Previous infrastructure project experience (preferably electrical, substations, overhead lines) is desirable. \n
Must be client facing, able to integrate well with teams \n
MRICS would be nice, but not essential \n
Able to lead projects \n
Strong pre and post contract knowledge \n
\n
