An ambitious Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in London are seeking a client facing and competent Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

\n

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a close-knit QS/PM team who work together to deliver a variety of new build and refurbishment hotel/hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.

\n

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a client facing role, take ownership of projects from inception to completion, and help grow the business forward.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

\n Ideally MRICS \n

Hold a construction related degree \n

Hotel project experience would be \n

Worked/working within a PQS / Consultancy environment \n

Client facing \n

Comfortable delivering projects from inception to completion \n
