Senior Quantity Surveyor
Central Manchester / Hybrid
£50,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a fast growing, multidisciplinary construction consultancy at a pivotal stage of their North West expansion.
This role offers far more than traditional project delivery; you'll take on a lead / operational role, supporting the growth of the regional cost consultancy team whilst working closely with senior leadership to shape the business in the region.

Key responsibilities include:
Deliver Quantity Surveying services across a diverse project portfolio
Support the growth of the North West Cost Consultancy offering
Lead client facing meetings
Produce cost plans, budgets, valuations, and contract documentation
Support business development
Mentor and develop junior team membersAbout You:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
MRICS qualified (or working towards)
Strong experience delivering complex projects and programmes of work
Commercially aware with an interest in team growth and business development
Confident in a client facing role
Ambitious and motivated to progress into senior leadershipSalary & Benefits
