Senior Quantity Surveyor\n £52,000-£65,000 + Car & Package | Manchester\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a key infrastructure project in Manchester. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be site based and quickly become an integral part of their commercial team in the region. The role promises excellent career prospects, exposure to exciting projects, a fantastic work life balance and great earning potential.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor's first project will be a £10m civil engineering and building project in the North West that forms a key part of a wider fiver-year infrastructure framework valued at more than £500m.

\n\nRole Overview\n The position requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor capable of taking full commercial ownership of a standalone package. The remit includes cost control, NEC4 contract management, subcontract management, and strategic commercial reporting.
